Delivery and after-sales
1. If it is not customized and in stock, it will be shipped within 2-3 days.
2. If it is not customized and out of stock, the time can be negotiated according to the quantity
3. If there is a customized service for stage lights, additional customization time is required.
We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FEDEX or TNT.It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Sample needs 3-5 days,mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100pcs.
Yes sure,if you have your own forwader in Guangzhou,you can let your forwader ship the products for you.And the you will no need to pay the shipping cost to us.
