Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming an important overseas partner to our factory for an in-depth visit and project discussion. The visit provided an excellent opportunity for both teams to strengthen communication and further advance a large-scale stage lighting project centered around the IP Tornado TB5.

Factory Tour and Technical Exchange

During the visit, our partner was given a comprehensive tour of LIRO LIGHTING’s production facilities. From manufacturing processes and quality management systems to product testing standards, every aspect of our operation was presented in detail.

Through live demonstrations and technical discussions, the client gained a deeper understanding of our product performance, engineering capabilities, and manufacturing strength. Both teams also exchanged valuable insights on future project requirements, market developments, and long-term cooperation opportunities.

Production Officially Underway

Following the successful project discussions, the order for 300 units of IP Tornado TB5 has officially entered the production stage.

To ensure consistent product quality, every fixture is manufactured under strict quality control procedures. From incoming material inspection and assembly to aging tests and final quality verification, each production step is carefully monitored and documented.

Our goal is simple: to deliver reliable lighting solutions that can perform confidently in demanding professional stage and outdoor environments.

Enhanced Protection for International Transportation

For this project, the customer selected flight case packaging to ensure safe transportation.

To provide even greater protection during international shipping, our engineering team reinforced the flight cases with upgraded materials and a stronger structure. This additional protection helps minimize transportation risks and ensures that every fixture arrives in excellent condition, ready for installation and operation.
